Refund Timing
Once we receive your return, refunds process within 3–5 business days. Bank posting time may vary.
THE FINE PRINT
Eligible items: Unused deskmats in original packaging. We can't accept mats that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear.
Return shipping: Free for US orders. International returns are at the customer's expense unless the item arrived defective.
Limited drops: Final-sale items are clearly marked on the product page and are not eligible for return unless defective.
Exchanges: The fastest path is a refund + reorder. Just place the new order and we'll process your refund as soon as the return arrives.
